Rablik Private Limited is a growing IT company specializing in website design and development for both small and large projects. We have a dedicated team for handling large-scale projects, while a separate unit manages smaller projects, where we hire freelancers on a contract basis. To meet the increasing demand, we are currently expanding this unit and seeking skilled Front-end Developer for short-term contractual roles.
We are looking for serious candidates who are committed to working with us for at least one month. This is a project-based role, but you must be available to work for a minimum of one month. Selected candidates will be required to sign a contract and follow through with the commitment.
If, for any reason, you wish to quit before the end of the contract, a notice must be given. Only apply if you are confident in your ability to stay committed for the full duration of the contract. All applications will be thoroughly reviewed, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further discussion before final selection.

Job Summary
Develop and implement responsive website designs based on provided mockups or wireframes.
Write clean, maintainable code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for both speed and performance.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring their vision to life.
Work with backend developers to integrate front-end logic with APIs and other server-side operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, including layout bugs and responsiveness.
Participate in regular client feedback sessions and implement necessary changes.s, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Preferred).
Relevant certifications in Full-Stack Development will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirement
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Ability to optimize code for performance and SEO.
Attention to detail and commitment to project timelines.
Experience with SASS or LESS for CSS pre-processing.
Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Basic understanding of backend technologies for smooth integration.

Preferred Qualifications
This is a project-based role, but candidates must be available for at least 1 month.
If you wish to discontinue before the contract ends, a notice must be provided.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of ₹2000 will be collected upon selection. This will be refunded after the successful completion of the first project.
If the project is not completed or there is a delay in delivery, the security deposit will be forfeited.
